Use of special services on our website

For certain services (e.g. newsletter) it is necessary that personal data is collected. Only the data required for the respective purpose is collected and the legal retention periods are taken into account.

Customer account         

Personal data is required to maintain a customer account. The required data is marked with an “*” in the registration form. By registering, you consent to the use of this data for the purpose of account management.

Online application portal

We use an online application portal to organise applications. In the context of using this online portal, the following personal data is processed (title, first name, surname, street and house number, postal code and city, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number, free field for application letters, attachment upload for application letters and documents). Data transmission is encrypted. This data is used exclusively for the application procedure. For this purpose, this data is passed on internally to the responsible departmental managers. The data will be deleted 3 months after completion of the application process. If your application is followed by the conclusion of a contract, the data is included in the personnel file.

The use of cookies enables us to provide users of our websites with more user-friendly services. This is not possible without the use of cookies. Piwik (Matomo)

Our website uses Piwik. This is a so-called web analysis service. Piwik uses so-called “cookies”.
